How do I contact Customer Service?

What is your response time to inquiries?

Tendre Deal Ltd makes every effort to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible. We try to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours of receipt of inquiry. Please, try to provide us with as much information relating to your query as possible.

 

SHOPPING

 

When do your sales start and how long do they last?

We are online outlets and always offer discounted prices. We also occasionally run sales events.  Our sales typically start on Mondays, at about 7p.m., and last for 3 to 7 days or until merchandise is sold out, whichever comes first.  Due to limited quantities and high demand for our designer bags, products will sell out quickly. If you see something you like, act fast.
Note: We present our entire stock at the beginning of the sale and our prices never change during the course of each sale.

 

How often are sales held?

Tendre Deal Ltd offers regularly new sales events but it depends of time of the year.

 

 

 

How do you select your merchandise?

Our number one goal is to provide our members with the most unique, high quality designer products for kids featuring the hottest French designers in the children's industry. We hand-pick each and every item we sell on our website and we have special relationships with our designers.

 

Can I order by phone?

Purchases can only be placed through our website – www.tendredeal.co.uk.

 

REWARD CREDITS

 

How can I earn Reward Credits?

Invite Friends! For each friend you invite, you will earn £5 in Reward Credits after your friend’s first purchase has shipped.

To send an invitation to your friends visit our Invite Friends page. The amount you can earn is unlimited!

Please note:

  • You only earn credits after each invited friend’s first order has shipped.
  • Please only invite people you know. Intentionally using invalid or unknown email addresses will result in your Reward Credits being revoked and membership being cancelled.
  • We will only use your friends’ information to send them an invitation. We will not retain or use their information for any other purpose. 
  • All credits are subject to review and approval.  

How do I redeem Reward Credits

You can only use £5 Reward Credits per order. Enter the Credit number you want to use in each order directly in the Reward Credits section in your shopping bag. 

 

Do my Reward Credits expire?

Reward Credits typically expire one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Go to Reward Credits to see how much credit you have available toward your next purchase.

 

SHIPPING

 

What is your shipping rate?

Every order is charged just £3.50 for shipping – anywhere in the UK and no matter the size of your purchase.  For order in Europe, the charge is £5

 

How long will it take to receive my shipment?

For items that are available in the outlets, please allow 2-3 working days in the UK, up to 7 days in Europe. For the items offered during the sales events and that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for the item to be processed and shipped.

 

Who will be shipping my order?

Tendre Deal Ltd ships all orders via Royal Mail or MyHermes.

  

What Payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  These payment methods require a UK billing address.

You can also pay via Paypal and won't need a UK billing address.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.  Please visit your Account to see the status of your order.


 

What happens if my package is undelivered and shipped back to Tendre Deal Ltd?

Tendre Deal Ltd is not able to reship packages that Royal Mail or MyHermes considers undeliverable. All undelivered packages will be processed as returns. Please take this into consideration when submitting your shipping address for an order.

 

Does Tendre Deal Ltd ship internationally?

At this time, Tendre Deal Ltd ships to the United Kingdom and Europe only.  We expect to start shipping internationally soon.

 

RETURNS

 

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 calendar days from the day of receipt to return any unwanted goods.

Please note, to be eligible for a return

  • Returns must be done within 10 days of the date you received the item.
  • Indicate your reason for return and include this  within your parcel.
  • A certificate of Posting from the Post Office needs to be requested in case of a query. Without it, we won't be able to give you a refund if your parcel doesn't arrive to Tendre Deal Ltd.
  • All products to be returned must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.  Please return items in their original packaging with original shipping components, including: plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags. 

Any item received for return that does not comply with the above stated policy will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Credits can only be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase.  We cannot issue any other form of credit.  Exchanges cannot be accommodated.

 

Do you refund the £3.50 shipping charge on returns?

Unless an item is defective or damaged, we will not refund the £3.50 (or £5 for Europe) shipping charge on any orders that are being returned.

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the outer package.
  2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
  3. Drop off your package at a post office.
  4. Keep the top portion of the return label for your records and tracking.
  5. Ensure your return complies with our Return Policy.
  6. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 working days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If an item is damaged, please contact us at info@tendredeal.co.uk and return the item following the return instructions on your invoice. We will refund the £3.50 (£5.00) shipping charge on returned items that are defective or damaged.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

Tendre Deal Ltd will credit back your credit card within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please remember that it can take up to 7 days for your return to be delivered back to Tendre Deal Ltd.

 

What happens if I purchased an item using Reward Credits?

If you used Reward Credits as part of your purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase and the previously used Reward Credits will be credited back to your Reward Credits account.
